Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Who we are
This website, beyondlimitsmhw.com, is operated by Beyond Limits Mental Health & Wellness, LLC (“Beyond Limits,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information the website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers the website only. It is separate from the practice’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how we handle protected health information for clients. Clients receive that notice at intake, and it governs anything related to your care.
Information you give us
Appointment request form
When you submit the appointment request form on our Contact page, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, your insurance provider (or that you are self-pay), what you are looking for support with, and anything else you choose to tell us. Submissions are stored in our website’s database and sent to our office by email. We use this information only to respond to you and to match you with a clinician. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.
Please do not include detailed health history in the form. That conversation belongs in a scheduled consultation, where it is protected under the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are sent to Mailchimp, which delivers our emails on our behalf. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Mailchimp’s own privacy policy is available at intuit.com/privacy/statement.
Information collected automatically
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (through the Site Kit plugin) and Jetpack Stats to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. These tools collect information like your approximate location, browser, device type, and pages visited. They do not receive your name or the contents of any form you submit. You can learn more at Google’s privacy policy and Automattic’s privacy policy (Jetpack).
Cookies
Cookies are small files placed in your browser. This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (for example, remembering your language choice between English and Spanish) and, with your consent, analytics cookies from the tools above. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time from the banner’s settings. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
Embedded content
Our Contact page includes an embedded Google Map of our office. Google may collect information about your visit when the map loads, as described in Google’s privacy policy.
Client portal
Links on this site to request an appointment or sign in as an existing client take you to our client portal, which is provided by SimplePractice. Information you enter there is handled under SimplePractice’s privacy policy and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not this website policy.
How we share information
We share website information only with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Appointment request submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of the inquiry, then deleted. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the tools above.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Requests about your clinical records are handled under the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Children
This website is intended for adults. Parents and guardians should submit inquiries on behalf of a child or teen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to form submissions is limited to authorized staff. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please use the client portal rather than the website form for anything sensitive.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
