Getting started

Therapy isn’t only for people in crisis. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, stuck, struggling in relationships, healing from trauma, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, therapy can help. You don’t have to wait until things get worse to begin your healing journey.

You may notice healthier coping skills, improved relationships, increased self-awareness, stronger boundaries, less anxiety or stress, and a greater sense of peace. Progress looks different for everyone, and your therapist will regularly review your goals with you.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Some clients achieve their goals in a few months, while others choose longer-term therapy for continued growth and support. Together, we’ll create goals and regularly evaluate your progress.

You can request an appointment directly through our website, call our office, or complete our online contact form. We’ll help match you with the therapist who best fits your needs.

Absolutely. We encourage you to read each clinician’s profile to find the best fit. If you’re unsure, we’ll gladly help match you based on your goals, preferences, and presenting concerns.

A strong therapeutic relationship matters. If you don’t feel like the fit is right, we’ll work with you to find another clinician within our practice whenever possible.
